Delivery & Returns

Our warehouse remains fully operational during the COVID-19 pandemic with all necessary safety procedures in place. If you need to contact a member of the Gingerlily team, please email us (sales@gingerlily.co.uk) stating your query and contact information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that as the UK has now left the EU, GB VAT will not be charged to any orders for delivery to the EU. You may be contacted by the courier company to pay a local tax in your own country before being able to receive your order.

USA
Shipping to the USA will be charged at a flat rate of $40 for customers on the east coast, $60 for customers in the mid-west and central states or $80 for customers on the west coast.

Rest of world

Returns
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the goods are returned unused in the original condition and packaging within 14 days (from the date of receipt) we will give you an exchange or refund. Please return items to - Gingerlily, Velta International Ltd, Compass House, Witham, Essex CM8 3YQ, UK. When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage as Gingerlily cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us. Please note Gingerlily will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
