Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY
To ensure Christmas delivery, UK Mainland orders must be placed by EOD on the 19th, and International orders by 2pm on the 18th.
If your order for UK mainland delivery is placed after the 18th or for international orders after the 19th, it will not be shipped until January 3rd. Please note that our warehouse and operational team will be closed from December 22, 2023, to January 2, 2024.
EU ORDERS
The UK has now left the EU; GB VAT will not be charged to any orders for delivery outside of the UK. You may be contacted by the courier company to pay import duties and taxes in your own country before being able to receive your order.
For EU Preorders; if you have a mixed order of in-stock and preorder items, we will hold the delivery until the last lead time has been met. Therefore, we will not split an order for delivery unless requested. Please note these delivery dates exclude UK bank holidays and weekends. This will mean your shipment will be processed on the next working day. Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.

 

Deliveries to mainland Europe may take up to 10 working days. All deliveries are made with courier DHL; you can follow the progress of your delivery on the DHL website using your unique tracking number.

USA
Shipping to the USA will be charged at a flat rate of $40 for customers on the east coast, $60 for customers in the mid-west and central states or $80 for customers on the west coast. Please note orders placed on our UK website will be dispatched from the UK and may be subject to duty charges when delivering to addresses in the United States.

Customers in the US can shop from our US website, which has US specific sizes.

HONG KONG, SINGAPORE, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
Customers shipping to the Hong Kong, Singapore and United Arab Emirates, will be charged £65.00 for an express shipping service. Duties and fees may be charged separately and you will be notified by the carrier if this is the case. RETURNS
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the goods are returned unused in the original condition and packaging within 14 days (from the date of receipt) we will give you an exchange or refund. Please note it may take up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. Please return items to - Gingerlily, Velta International Ltd, Compass House, Eastways, Witham, Essex CM8 3YQ, UK. When returning goods, please reference your order number and obtain proof of postage as Gingerlily cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us. Please note Gingerlily will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
